This course is designed to trim you down in just 10 weeks so you can enjoy the Summer or that forthcoming special occasion with more confidence including 3 total body workouts for 10 weeks designed to maximize calorie burn and cellulite reduction plus personal consultation including food diary analysis, nutritional advice and calculation of estimated metabolic rate and safe, realistic weight loss.
BEACH BODY Bootcamp
This course is designed to get you toned and buffed for the beach. The sessions progress you from beginner to advanced very quickly over just 6 weeks. The whole body is worked from head to toe including legs, butt, upper body and abdominals. The course lasts 6 weeks and consists of 3 sessions per week. We recommend that you support this course with an additional 2 cardio sessions per week to fast track results.
Yummy Mummy & Bubs
This course is specifically for new Mums returning to exercise safely with a focus on calorie burn, pelvic floor strengthening and tummy flattening. The course consists of 2 sessions per week for 6 weeks, 2 of which are Personal Training consultations to assess how your pregnancy has affected your body. Bubs are welcome.
Upper Body Challenge
This course is geared towards upper body including arms, chest, back, shoulders and core to strengthen and boost muscle power. The course consists of 12 sessions and we recommend 3 times per week.
