Lovely Legs & Beach Butt
This course is designed for the lower body focusing specifically on the legs and backside to tone and shape with the inclusion of vibrational massage to improve circulation and reduce cellulite. The course lasts for 5 weeks and consists of 3 sessions per week. We also recommend that in addition to this course you conduct upper body strengthening to achieve overall muscle balance.
Stretch & Flex
This course is designed to improve your circulation and  flexibility through stretch and massage on the vibrating platform. Ideal for those wanting to increase suppleness or for regular workout participants, particularly weight trainers and athletes who need to lengthen out those muscles to prevent future injury. The course consists of 2 sessions per week for 6 weeks.
Core Blaster
This course is designed to strengthen all of the trunk muscles in the abdominal and lower back area focusing on the outer muscles (also known as superficial) and deep stabilisation muscles. The core is like the engine room of the body and once strengthened will improve your performance in almost any sport. So if you wish to get better at what you play or alternatively just look good at the beach this one is for you. The course lasts for 6 weeks and consists of 2 sessions per week.
